No collection means no charge and no surprise ever, Bilateral will incur no expenses that you would be responsible for without your prior approval and if we don’t collect we will take it on the chin with you and we are paid nothing, there are no up front charges, no time clock, no investigative fees, remember continent upon collection is just that, if the collection is not effected the continent fee is not earned. If you have an unusual or complicated account ant it will require some outside source to assist in collection in some fashion you should have information about that service offering for your consideration prior to any decision on our part for an exposure on any pre disclosed offering, some collections are very complicated and outside the normal goods sold and delivered arena, the diversity of receivables is a normal product for a real collection agency, some agencies are designed for pay or die collections only and don’t even have an attorney available on very local accounts not to mention throughout the country or the worked, Nor exposure to any expense without your approval and no collection fees ever if there is no collection, we can’t state that any plainer then that. No collection, no charge.
